Ashley Rodgers

I’m Ashley Rodgers, a lifelong cheerleading fan and dedicated coach. I grew up immersed in the world of dance and cheer, spending years training, performing, and competing. That passion has stayed with me, leading me to coach high school cheer for four years and last year, the 7th grade Cedar Valley Youth Cheer team. I love working with kids, helping them build confidence, and teaching them the skills and teamwork that make cheer so special. There’s nothing better than watching young athletes grow, push past their limits, and light up when they hit a new skill or nail a routine.
Outside of coaching, I’m a wife, mom of two, and the Chief Revenue Officer at Freshly Picked. Cheerleading is truly a family passion—my daughter competes in all-star cheer as well as CVYC, and I love watching her thrive in the sport. Balancing my career and my love for cheer has been incredibly rewarding, and I enjoy the leadership, patience, and discipline that both roles require. Whether it’s on the sidelines or in business, I’m all about growth, mentorship, and bringing out the best in people.
