This is our Director Whitney! She truly LOVES community. From a young age, she's always believed in the power of belonging and how important it is to feel part of something meaningful. She doesn't just enjoy being part of a team or an organization, she's passionate about helping create and foster environments where people feel connected, supported, and proud to be involved, where we can confidently raise our families.
Eagle Mountain has been her family's home for the past 16 years and it's a community she is incredibly proud to be a part of. They absolutely love it here. Whitney says, "The people are OUR people". Whitney's goal is to help every family and cheerleader feel that same sense of connections and belonging, while leaving their own unique footprint and helping us grow stronger together.
Her cheer and dance journey began in junior high school as a member of the drill team. She then went on to cheer at SUU where she also became involved behind the scenes, working as an intern in the athletics department and gaining valuable administrative experience. After college, she coached at Bingham High School for about five years. At that time, her journey came full circle when her own daughter joined Cedar Valley Youth Cheer!

Natalie is part leader, part problem-solver, and full-time Cheer and Football Mom. She loves bringing the energy, supporting our teams, and celebrating every win (big or small). Jessica is a mama to 3 amazing kiddos. Her spunky little one was on the Mini Cadet's last year and she quickly jumped into the cheer fun as the team mom. With her son playing football for Cedar Valley Youth football she is our liason between football and cheer as well as the CVYC Secretary.

Ashley is a lifelong cheerleading fan and dedicated coach. She grew up immersed in the world of dance and cheer, spending years training, performing, and competing. That passion has stayed with her, leading her to coach high school cheer for four years and last year, the 7th grade Cedar Valley Youth Cheer team. She loves working with kids
Ashley is a lifelong cheerleading fan and dedicated coach. She grew up immersed in the world of dance and cheer, spending years training, performing, and competing. That passion has stayed with her, leading her to coach high school cheer for four years and last year, the 7th grade Cedar Valley Youth Cheer team. She loves working with kids, helping them build confidence, and teaching them the skills and teamwork that make cheer so special. There’s nothing better than watching young athletes grow, push past their limits, and light up when they hit a new skill or nail a routine.
Outside of coaching, She is a wife, mom of two, and the Chief Revenue Officer at Freshly Picked. Cheerleading is truly a family passion—her daughter competes in all-star cheer as well as CVYC, and she loves watching her thrive in the sport. Balancing her career and her love for cheer has been incredibly rewarding, and she enjoys the leadership, patience, and discipline that both roles require. Whether it’s on the sidelines or in business, she is all about growth, mentorship, and bringing out the best in people.

Kristen is a tumbling coach with 18+ years of experience and a lifelong love for working with kids. She is a former college cheerleader and proud mom of three. She is excited to watch her two daughters start cheer this year and share the sport she loves with the next generation.

Lundyn is a dedicated cheerleader with 13 years of experience as an All-star athlete, currently coaching an All-star cheer team. Her passion for cheer is lifelong, and she strives to set high standards; both on the mat and in life. She loves helping athletes reach their full potential. Caitlyn cheered throughout Highschool and she started her coaching career in Florida. She has coached ages 5-18 and worked with children of all skill levels. Her main goals are to teach proper technique and ensure each child has a fun experience. She loves watching each child progress and master new skills each year!

Coach Jenn brings years of cheerleading experience and a strong passion for athlete development to the program. She began her cheer journey in all-stars, then high school and continued competing through college. She went on to cheer at both Portland State University (one year) and St. John’s University (one year), gaining valuable collegiate-level experience in performance, teamwork, and leadership. Following her competitive career, Coach Jenn spent four years coaching All-Star teams and teaching tumbling classes, helping athletes build strong technical foundations and confidence in their skills. She also coached high school JV cheer for one season and previously served as a certified cheer judge in Washington. For the past two years, she has volunteered with Cedar Valley Youth Cheer, supporting athletes and contributing to program growth. Her favorite part of coaching is working on stunting and helping athletes discover their strength — both physically and mentally. She is passionate about creating a positive environment where athletes learn to believe in themselves, support their teammates, and grow in confidence on and off the mat. Outside of cheer, Coach Jenn is a mom to three girls (Aria’s mom) and works full-time from home as a software developer for USAA. She enjoys combining her professional background in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving with her love for coaching and mentoring young athletes.

Olivia is so excited to be part of our cheer program! She has over 5 years of cheerleading experience, and this is her second year coaching. Cheer has always been a huge part of her life, and she loves getting to share that passion with athletes while helping the grow their confidence, skills, and teamwork.

Last year Dominque earned "top fan status" as the unofficial team mom for her daughter's team. She loves being the biggest cheerleader for our cheerleaders!! When the amazing head-coach asked if she would help out as a co-coach this year, her answer was a "100% yes for me".

This is Rosalynn's first year coaching and she can’t wait! She has done cheer for many years, and I can’t wait to help others grow in the sport. She is so excited to see what the season will bring with friendship and teamwork along the way!

Stephanie has loved flipping, flying, and all things cheer for as long as she can remember. She started as a gymnast, later cheered at a college level, and has also coached gymnastics. She is passionate about helping athletes grow their skills, gain confidence, and experience the excitement of reaching new goals.

Now in her second year as a coach, Katie is dedicated to helping young athletes grow not only in their cheer skills, but also in confidence, teamwork, and self-expression. She finds great fulfillment in watching each athlete progress and achieve their personal best throughout the season. One of the most meaningful parts of her coaching experience is the opportunity to coach her daughter and share in her growth and love for the sport. Outside of coaching, Katie serves as the Director of Marketing for Granger Medical Clinic. She values the opportunity to balance her professional career with coaching, finding it both energizing and deeply rewarding to invest in the next generation of athletes.

Yavonne cheered in high school and has a passion for working with youth. As a mom of four, she loves helping young athletes build confidence, develop a love for cheer, and create lasting friendships.

Jana is a mother of 3 girls working in IT. She's married to an awesome man who helps me keep the circus running! She participated in a lot of sports and extra-curricular activities in her youth including coaching soccer in her 20's. She is very excited for this opportunity to help train and build confidence in these adorable tiny humans!

Mary has been married 14 years to her sweetheart and they have 4 littles. She loves to cook, bake and Disneyland! She loves going on adventures with her family.

Teyha did CVYC for 3 years. Her freshman year, she cheered for Cedar valley high school! When she's not doing anything cheer related, she loves to hang out with friends, do her nails, go on adventures and loves to swim.
